Your file.
Your rules.
When you enlist for the PROBE, we keep a short file on you. This page says exactly what is in it, why, and how to have it removed.
What you type into the enlistment form:
- Callsign and email (required).
- BNB Smart Chain wallet address, X handle, Telegram handle and country, only if you give them.
- That you confirmed you are 18 or over and gave consent, the time you enlisted, and which version of this note you agreed to.
We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop spam and repeated sign-ups. We do not store your raw IP address.
We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Nobody from BITA ORGANISATION ever will. If someone does, it is a scam.
Only to run the 40 Day PROBE and to contact you about it. Registration is free: nothing is charged and no staking happens until $BITA launches.
We keep your details until the PROBE ends, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your details are never sold. They are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and seen only by the people running the PROBE.
To see, correct or delete your details, contact us at bita@backinthearmy.com from the email you enlisted with, and include your recruit ID if you have it. We will delete your file.
